Foley Storage Solutions Offering

FSS represents our first commercial facility built from the ground up. Now two years old, it features 77 state-of-the-art, large-scale RV/boat storage units, totaling over 60,000 square feet of enclosed space. Located in Foley, one of the nation’s top 10 fastest-growing cities, the facility is strategically positioned within a thriving residential area, with 2,000 homes currently under construction within a 5-mile radius. The facility offers significant value-add potential, as it is approved for the addition of 200,000 square feet of mixed-use flex space. Permits are in progress, with construction expected to commence in Q3 2025.

We consistently maintain a diverse range of commercial investment opportunities within our pipeline, which we offer for syndication to investors once the deal has matured and is prepared for launch. Development & Construction

Mr. Shawn Childess has 30 years of experience as a general contractor and project manager, having built thousands of properties for major builders like D.R. Horton. Throughout his career, he has thrived under the tight deadlines typical of publicly traded companies, honing his skills in managing projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing engineering, permitting, and coordinating teams of subcontractors, all while ensuring seamless execution. With extensive experience in development and construction, Mr. Childess understands that time is money in the investment world. His ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously for top builders has reinforced his belief in the importance of teamwork to achieve the best results in the industry.

Ms. Teca Miller serves as the Director of our Property Management team, bringing over six years of experience in real estate property management. Throughout her career, she has established a proven track record of leading teams and achieving successful outcomes. Rola Ghorab, with 7 years experiance in wall street venture capital industry, rola is seasoned in overseeing finanacials and communicating with investors in a timely manner with detailed quarterly reports with deep well thought due diligence for the projections of our overhaul and specific projects to help us make the appropriate fine tunning decisions regardings different financial skills required.
